Empresa líder con soluciones de Protección Contra Incendios está buscando un/a Responsable de la zona Norte para PCI:
**Las funciones a realizar serán**:

- Gestionar la actividad comercial en la zona
- Captación de nuevos Clientes
- Promover y gestionar la relación con Clientes existentes.
- Dar soporte comercial y técnico
- Desarrollar, evaluar y realizar el seguimiento de documentos de licitación y mediciones
- Desarrollar presentaciones comerciales
- Realizar la gestión y supervisión documental, técnica y económica de servicios de mantenimiento e instalaciones
- Desarrollar, elaborar o supervisar auditorias, proyectos técnicos y estudios
- Gestionar subcontratas
- Firmar y visar (en su caso) informes de mantenimiento, proyectos o estudios de PCI
- Seguimiento de resultados, facturación, deuda y rentabilidad de las cuentas que afecten a su responsabilidad en la zona

**Requisitos mínimos**:

- Estudios técnicos con competencias para la actividad de protección contra incendios
- Conocimientos técnicos en mantenimiento e instalación de PCI.
- Ofimática a nível usuario y de programas de cálculos hidráulicos tipo HASS y/u OMNICAD.
- Experiência de gestión, técnica y comercial contrastable en protección contra incendios de más de 5 años en puesto similar al requerido.
- Disponibilidad para viajar por Zona Norte y Carné de Conducir.
- Residir en Cantabria, San Sebastián o Valladolid.
