Product Marketing Manager

Each product marketer is the CMO of their product domain and focused on four pillars: - Defining and executing product positioning, messaging, and launches - Enabling and supporting the go-to-market and marketing teams - Informing product strategy - Driving product adoption and success. Location: Munich, Madrid, or London offices **The Role**: We're looking for someone who loves products and wants to spend time thinking about, talking about, and working on positioning them. In this role, you'll be owning our process mining & process modelling positioning and messaging, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing for Platform. You will partner with our product leads and lead our product positioning and go-to-market strategy for solutions at the heart of Celonis' value proposition. You'll work hand in hand with our product teams, our go-to-market teams - think sales and presales - and our marketing team. **The work you'll do**: - **Product Positioning**: Creating compelling product messaging and materials, and acting as an expert on how our product integrates with the Celonis platform. - **Market Mastery**: Utilizing market research and competitive intelligence to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies. - **Inform Product Strategy**: Partnering with product management to strategize and launch new products, understanding buyer behaviors to inform product direction. - **Product Adoption and Success**: Driving pipeline growth through campaigns, developing engaging content, and establishing thought leadership in the industry. **The qualifications you need**: - 6+ years of experience working in software product management, presales, consulting or product marketing - Experience with process mining tools and/or process modelling solutions - Track record of successfully launching data-focused products. - Excited about technical concepts and speaking with CXOs across IT and business audiences about their requirements - Experience presenting at conferences and customer engagements - Highly logical and analytical, with an enthusiasm for connecting dots between ideas - Proactive, with strong ownership of all the workstreams you touch - Agile and team-oriented, ability to give and receive feedback, change tack, and collaborate with a team to achieve a goal - A bias towards action and delivering measurable results with a consistent track record of successful projects **What Celonis Can Offer You**: - **Pioneer Innovation**: Work with the leading, award-winning process mining technology, shaping the future of business. - **Accelerate Your Growth**: Benefit from clear career paths, internal mobility, a dedicated learning program, and mentorship opportunities. - **Receive Exceptional Benefits**: Including generous PTO, hybrid working options, company equity (RSUs), comprehensive benefits, extensive parental leave, dedicated volunteer days, and much more.
