People Business Partner Trainee

**Responsibilidades**
- Gestionar procesos de selección para diferentes posiciones en las áreas de Operaciones y Calidad.
- Acompañar a las nuevas incorporaciones en el proceso de onboarding, mejorar y actualizar el proceso para garantizar una mejor experiência.
- Gestión de convenios de prácticas con universidades.
- Coordinar con el área de Talento & Cultura el programa de desarrollo de trainees.
- Colaborar con diferentes áreas de negocio para identificar necesidades y definir soluciones en términos de procesos de People.
- Apoyar a los People Business Partner en la elaboración de estrategias e implementación de proyectos multifuncionales.
- Trabajar con otros equipos del área de People en proyectos destinados a mejorar la experiência y el bienestar de los empleados.**:
- Dar soporte en las formaciones que se realizan en las plantas.
- Gestionar los reportes mensuales de absentismo en Operaciones.
- Actualizaciones de los organigramas de Operaciones.
- Generar y gestionar las órdenes de compra del departamento de PBP en Operaciones.
- Optimizar procesos de People y mejora continua en la obtención y análisis de los datos.

Serás el mejor en este papel si coincides con:
- Licenciado en Psicología, ADE, Relaciones Laborales o similar.
- Estudiar un Máster o Postgrado en Recursos Humanos es muy valorado.
- Conocimientos intermedios de Office (Word, Power Point, Excel). Valorable conocimientos en PowerBi.
- Posibilidad de hacer un convenio con la universidad por 12 meses a tiempo completo.
