Your Role

Mantu is looking for an Administrative and Financial Manager to join our team in Santander.

Responsibilities:

- Supervision, management and coordination of the accounting department (2 persons);
- Payroll Administration related to social consulting firm
- Participation in monthly accounting checklist.
- Review of VAT declarations, other taxes & fiscal declarations.(French, Belgium, Switzerland)
- Reviewing of balance sheet accounts & P&L accounts on a monthly basis.
- Coordination of the intra-group invoicing
- Providing hands on month's end close process, including accrual basis accounting, the accounts payable & accounts receivable functions
- Supporting the implementation of ERP
- Create and enforce accounting policies and procedures

Ideal Profile:

- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Accounting and with a professional level of French, you are rigorous and methodical, ensuring compliance with good practices and procedures.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in General Accounting.
- French tax practice
- Your sense of service and communication skills are real assets to animate key processes and help others. You know how to manage priorities, take initiatives and bring forward proposals
