DESCRIPCIÓN DEL TRABAJO
**Internal Audit**:
- Preparation of the annual audit plan and presentation to the audit committee.
- Performing the year audit missions:
- Participation in meetings with local management to discuss last year’s findings and current year situation.
- Perform few sample testing to detect potential fraud / discrepancies.
- Perform analytical reviews to understand the non-recurring items.
- Preparation of the internal audit reports.
- Make recommendations for the best ways for the company to avoid fraud
- Present summarised findings concerning audit results and trends for corporate management.
- Additional corporate finance diligences.
**Transaction Services**:
- Participation to several audits and technical analyses: acquisitions, earn-outs, carve-outs and disposals.
- Opening balance review (PMI Process).
- Participation to financial due-diligences, coordination with the M&A Team, preparation of due-diligence notes / reports, presentation of the conclusions & findings to the top Management.
CALIFICACIONES
- You are a graduate from a business school or master’s degree in finance/ audit.
- You have 1 / 2 years of experience within an audit firm / Transaction Services.
- Very strong skills in accounting and finance.
- Hands-on professional, you are organized, rigorous and you have strong interpersonal skills (proactivity, initiative, deadline driven, hardworking).
- Your English is fluent, a multilingual profile is highly valued, you have a strong capacity for communication, analysis and synthesis.
- Understanding French is a plus.
- Strong adaptability and team work.
- IFRS knowledge is a plus
- Very good knowledge of Excel is essential / SAP FC is a plus.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS
- The job is based in Madrid (with regular travels to Paris if based in Madrid).
- Travel towards our European entities are required (20%).
- Full time position, permanent contract.
