**Job Purpose**

You will work with the rest of the team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to maintain and build a top-class network ensuring alignment and delivery of the Company’s strategies and targets.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Support the creation of a network plan for our bases and airports.
- Ensure and support the alignment with our Network Strategy.
- Work on competitor and market-level strategies to ensure we achieve our long term ambition.
- Conduct analyses combining multiple data sources to propose capacity adjustments to achieve Vueling’s targets while ensuring compliance with operational requirements.
- Build profitable and operationally robust schedules in cooperation with the Scheduling and Slots departments.
- Evaluate new routes and airports to continue developing our network.
- Monitor and analyze route performance, recommending corrective measures in coordination with other Commercial departments.
- Maintain and advance the team’s business intelligence capabilities, developing new reports and ensuring access to all relevant data sources.

**Main Relationships**

Strategy, Scheduling, Slots, Rev Man, Sales, Distribution, Operations, Finance, Marketing, RRII & Comms.

**Education**

Any degree that provides the ability to think strategically and makes you comfortable with a business-oriented mix of analytical, technical and financial work (Business Administration, etc.).

**Experience**
- Ideally, 2/3 years’ experience in Network Strategy or Network Planning in an airline.
- Alternative relevant experience in consulting or other transport-related industries would also be considered.

- Ability to work independently, and as a team, within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, having the ability to translate multiple data points into specific actions.
- Strong communication skills, delivering arguments in a clear and structured manner.
- Commercial and strategic acumen, maintaining a low-cost focus.
- You enjoy being challenged and are not shy about challenging others.
- Passionate about aviation.

**Languages**
- Proficient English (Spoken and written).
- Fluent Spanish is highly appreciated.

**Other**
- Microsoft Office: Proficient level of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience using Tableau or other data visualization tools will be valued.
