We are looking for a bright, driven, enthusiastic salesperson to join a growing organisation within Rockwell.

This position is within Rockwells EMEA Account Executive team and will be located in Barcelona. We are looking for a native Swedish or Danish speaker to work within a team of inside sales professionals, conducting sales activities within direct Rockwell customer base, channel and net new business across a number of software products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Build credible relationships within the Rockwell family of Account Managers, Channel Partners and delivery teams in order to create, manage, and close sales opportunities.
- Learn and present the value proposition for Rockwells business solutions within a specific family of products, and potentially within a specific industry.
- Frequently work in a team environment with Pre-sales Consultants, Consulting Sales and other internal departments.
- Utilize, and accurately update Rockwell customer, forecasting, and pipeline management computer systems.
- Communicate clearly and regularly, both verbally and in writing, with customers, various internal departments, and your manager.
- Prepare and present quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/quotas within the Nordics region. This includes regular forecasts to the regional sales manager and above.

You have/are:

- Native/Bilingual Swedish or Danish with excellent English
- Proven Business Development or sales experience
- Adaptable to change
- Team player
- Ability to demonstrate solution value through means of demonstration
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM, back-office and quoting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and effectively manage numerous sales cycles
- Right to live and work in Spain (possession of any required visas or permits)
