For our Back Office Center, we are seeking an Account Data Clerk based in Palma.

We are looking for a full time employee, who will work in coordination on the main duties specifically focused on receiving, verifying and processing purchase invoices received from our destination providers worldwide.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Control of invoices received from destination offices.
- Invoice data verification.
- Invoice data entering database.
- Invoice disputes verification.
- Invoice data errors identification and correction.
- Communication with our destination offices on relevant issues.
- Communication with our SSC on master data or any other invoice queries.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel)
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Team player and detail oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High level of English
