**Customer Service Direct Distribution - Internal Sales**

Misión

Desarrollar el negocio de la cartera de clientes asignados del mercado español, canal especializado, a través de la consecución de los objetivos de venta directa telefónica. Asegurar un excelente servicio,creando una excepcional relación y solucionando cualquier incidencia para asegurar la calidad del servicio ofrecido en Affinity.

Funciones
- Venta directa telefónica, según objetivos comerciales marcados
- Introducción de nuevas marcas y de nuevos productos lanzados al mercado
- Asesoramiento al cliente, según sus necesidades comerciales, campañas etc.
- Gestión de pedidos
- Análisis pedidos abiertos del día anterior
- Introducción pedidos y seguimiento en sistema
- Gestión de incidencias y seguimiento de la satisfacción del cliente
- Incidencias de entrega
- Abonos
- Incidencias con operador logístico
- Gestión administrativa: revisión condiciones clientes, albaranes
- Gestión y análisis cuentas a cobrar clientes

Alcance

Relaciones con otros Puesto y/o, Departamentos
- Equipo de Ventas Interno: acuerdos especiales con clientes, incidencias, centralizaciones de pedidos.
- Gestión de facturas: proporcionar información diaria sobre el estado de cobros de los clientes
- Supply Chain: gestión de incidencias logísticas, información de carencias (disponibilidad de producto)
- Operador Logístico: consultas sobre posibles incidencias
- Equipo de Ventas Externo: coordinación de todo lo relacionados con los clientes del área
- Sales Developmen: Formación mensual de productos y promociones

**Perfil**:

- Formación: Diplomatura o Licenciatura
- Experiência de 3 a 5 años en Customer Service o TeleVenta con una alta orientación al cliente
- Buenas capacidades Digitales (conocimiento de software SalesForce, Gmail, redes sociales)
- Conocimiento de Microsoft office y SAP
- Idiomas: Castellano, Catalan y/o Frances e Italiano.
