Nuestro cliente es una multinacional Europea que ofrece soluciones industriales. Debido a su crecimiento, están buscando para su Filial en España ubicada en Santa Perpetua de la Mogoda

**INTERNAL SALES**
Dentro del equipo de Internal Sales y reportando al Responsable del Departamento, sus principales funciones serán:

- Participará activamente en la venta diaria atendiendo clientes, mediante actividades de cross-selling, prospección y el seguimiento de campañas siguiendo la nueva estrategia comercial de la empresa.
- Entre sus funciones, también destaca la gestión de todo el flujo administrativo de ventas. Velará por el correcto funcionamiento de las gestiones administrativas, desde la entrada de pedidos y el seguimiento de ofertas hasta la reclamación de pagos.
- Se encargará del seguimiento de las ofertas y la evolución de la ventas de la cartera asignada dando apoyo al comercial externo, ejecutando el proceso comercial mediante el seguimiento de las actividades mediante CRM.

Buscamos a un/a profesional con formación superior y con experiência de al menos tres años en el área de Ventas Internas en entorno industrial. Es muy valorable un buen nível de inglés y un muy buen dominio de SAP o de un ERP similar y de la Suite de Microsoft Office (Excel sobretodo). Se valorará positivamente los conocimientos en CRM (Salesforce o otros). También es importante estar habituado a trabajar con KPI’s, y procedimientos bien establecidos.
