As part of FTI Group, the third largest Tour Operator in Europe, Meeting Point is a worldwide company providing destination management services for travel professionals. Current destinations we operate in include popular Mediterranean holiday hot-spots such as: Spain, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Croatia and Cyprus, USA, the Caribbean, Thailand, the UAE, Oman and many others.

For our Meeting Point Spain Team, we are currently looking for a Product Manager to look after this function for Canary Islands.

**Job Purpose Overview**

This position is responsible for the Meeting Point product and service catalogue and standards and all supplier-facing activities.

The scope of the role is Product development and definition, Portfolio management, Non-accommodation contracting and Content management.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Conduct research and market analysis to evaluate current product and services catalogue against available market opportunities
- Create or source innovative and sustainable products and services based on customer and commercial requirements
- Develop and pre-configure own excursions and activities, multi-day tours and packages to create readily sellable itineraries for use by commercial teams
- Expand the range of product and service categories offered within the destination, including ancillary revenues
- Provide feedback and input as part of vendor evaluation and selection committee member
- Adjust product offering according to customer feedback
- Support sales and marketing activities with destination, product and experience related content, including creating impactful and appealing product descriptions and other non-bookable content for our portfolio of excursions and activities, multi-days tours and packages
- Source content from vendors including (but not limited to) descriptions, images, videos, multiple language material
- Identify opportunities to source differentiated content from third parties such as image repositories
- Create unique content for all single and packaged products
- If applicable, make content available in the language of the source market
- Load all content accurately and timely
- Update and maintain the product content library
- Monitor SEO organic ranking for product content

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree OR Diploma with a qualification in a relevant area
- 6-8 years of experience in a relevant industry, including at least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities
- Fluent English Level as well as Spanish
- Budget and Cost Control Knowledge
