Desde Mur&Partners ofrecemos posición de Health & Safety para una reconocida empresa, líder mundial en el sector packaging, ubicada en la provincia de Barcelona.

**LA POSICIÓN**

En dependencia del responsable Regional de Health & Safety, la misión principal de la posición será la de planificar, diseñar, desarrollar, implementar y evaluar los programas del departamento de seguridad laboral.

**Funciones principales**
- Responsable de las auditorías de los puestos de trabajo, presentación de informes y de la formación y asesoramiento en ámbitos de seguridad.
- Auditar el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad, incluyendo el análisis de riesgos.
- Determinar procedimientos de trabajo seguro, informes por escrito y recomendaciones.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento del programa de seguridad de la empresa por los empleados.
- Investigar, planificar y organizar programas de formación para los empleados.
- Coordinar las actividades de otras personas de seguridad laboral.

**Requisitos**
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência laboral en entorno industrial.
- Título de técnico Superior en PRL.
- Máster en Seguridad y Salud, especialidades Seguridad e Higiene.
- Conocimiento de la Ley de Prevención de riesgos Laborales y su normativa de desarrollo.
- Dominio del Pack Office.
- Buenas habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales.
- Capacidad de liderazgo, toma de decisiones y gestión y formación de equipos.
- Persona con visión de negocio, actitud proactiva, estructurada y organizada.
