Senior Business Operations Specialist

**Job Description**:
The Senior Business Operations Specialist will act as the technical and administrative support for the Sales Organization and the Sales tools. The Senior Business Operations Specialist will have a strong business background to better communicate with Sales Leaders and to offer multiple technical solutions for business challenges or market opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Flow, Sales Processes, and Forecasting management using the various tools in our Tech Stack.
- Integration of Sales Tech Stack apps with other apps.
- Development of new features and capabilities to meet business objectives.
- Process documentation.
- Training other employees as needed.
- Adding, editing and removing Users of the Sales Tech Stack apps.
- Updating apps and suggesting improvements for better effectiveness.
- Maintaining relationships with sales tech stack vendors and attending meetings with them as needed.

**Requirements**:

- University graduate
- 2-5 years of experience in technical role
- Strong business background in a corporate setting
