As we expand our operations globally, we’re looking for an Indirect Procurement Manager in Barcelona to help build and deliver a growing procurement capability in-country while contributing to a new European procurement strategy.

What you'll do at Getir
- Own the local procurement strategy for Indirect categories (eg. G-Store Equipment, Courier Equipment and 3rd party services
- Speed is our currency, and you will be a key enabler to ensure our fast-paced expansion and day-to-day operations
- Design best practice procurement processes, policies and procedures.
- Be hands-on with acute procurement needs to ensure product and service availability
- Recruit, train and mentor a small local team of buying professionals
- Oversee coordination of product distribution to our getir locations in Europe
- Coordinate with European procurement and supply chain colleagues to support continent-wide commercial objectives

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, you’ll have 3 - 5 years of experience in (indirect) procurement
- You have acted in a ‘senior’ or ‘lead’ capacity to coach, train or manage junior team members
- You have a track record of building or improving processes and ways of working
- You have an outgoing personality and enjoy building and maintaining relationships.
- You speak English and Spanish fluently

- We still believe in the value of on-site working. Down the line, when safe, we do plan on working collectively in Iberia, so some presence in the office should be factored in.
