location: Madrid

functions:

- Operational execution of purchasing and order management in compliance with price, quality, process and cost optimized aspects.
- Ensuring the Group-wide supply of indirect goods and services.
- Comparison of order confirmation with purchase requisition (BANF) or purchase order (PO) and clarification and decision in case of deviations with specialist department and/or supplier.
- Order tracking and modification in case of schedule, price, quantity and specification changes according to RBD specifications.
- Support in supplier management and market research.
- Execution of requests for quotations/tendering, negotiation, internal coordination as well as conclusion of individual contracts for the responsible product groups and/or individual requirements.
- Obtaining, reviewing, and selecting offers within the framework agreements.
- Triggering of purchase orders based on purchase requisitions in ERP Systems (individual contracts).
- Follow up in second escalation level (late/incorrect/missing/deficient delivery) as well as taking measures to ensure supply in case of supply bottlenecks due to quality or delivery problems.

profile:

- We are looking for professionals with 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Procurement processes: Strategic Sourcing and Supplier.
- Prior experience in Indirect Procurement organizations with experience in multiple sourcing projects.
- High level of english
