International Project Manager / Translation & Localization BQT Inc - Shared Services Center Madrid, Spain
**Descripción**
BQT Global, leader in Internationalization and Translation services, is looking for an International Project Manager.
- Fluent English and Spanish. Additional language is a plus for the client portfolio.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- First Project Management / Customer Service experience.
- Experience with industry tools (CAT Tools) and processes.
- Sales acumen and good account management practice.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Team Player. Willing to learn, innovate & add value.
**Role**
- Recruiting and Managing international teams.
- Working under challenging Service Level Agreements.
- Managing the on-time delivery of Translation, Marketing and Software Projects.
- Compiling estimates and proposals for approval.
- Managing new and existing accounts in terms of customer satisfaction, service portfolio and new opportunities.
- Internal and client reporting
**Location**
- Las Rozas, Madrid. Close to public transportation.
- Possibility to work remotely
**Contract**
- Full time - Long term
