Then look no further We are seeking a student to join our Market Access team by May 2025 for a duration of up to one year. This role will be located at the Madrid, Spain office. The Market Access Intern will work collaboratively with the Market Access team, focusing on pharmaceutical products intended for primary and hospital care, with a particular emphasis on women's health. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment within a constantly evolving field.

**Functions and Responsibilities**:
**Market Research**:

- Conduct market analyses on pharmaceutical products for primary and hospital care, including a focus on women's health.
- Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

**Support in Market Access Strategies**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of market access strategies for reinforcement of the positioning of the company
- Contribute to the preparation of documents for managing pricing initiatives, ensuring compliance with local and national requirements.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, commercial excellence, and regulatory affairs teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product and its market positioning.
- Participate in interdepartmental meetings.

**Project Management**:

- Contribute to the planning and execution of projects related to policy and access projects.
- Monitor and report on the progress of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines.

**Education and Training**:

- Assist in creating value dossier of products based on market access approach.
- Participate in training and update activities for sales and marketing teams regarding products and their market access.

**Health Policy Analysis**:

- Keep track of health policies and regulations affecting access to medications, particularly in women's health.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports on the impact of policies on the market access of pharmaceutical products.

**Execution Support**:

- Provide support to the market access team, including organizing documents, preparing presentations, and coordinating meetings.

**Requirements**:

- University student in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Interest in the pharmaceutical sector and women's health.
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Ability to work in the Madrid, Spain office.

**Work Experience**Requirements**:

- University student in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Interest in the pharmaceutical sector and women's health.
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with data.
