**Network Service Operations Engineer**

The Team: Network Services & Monitoring

Contract Type: Permanent

Work Schedule: 7X24 shift pattern

Home office opportunity: Partially available

**Key responsibilities**
- To monitor the faults of Santander Global Tech network, providing real-time first level technical support
- First line diagnostics and support customer reported faults on the networks/services
- To attend customer technical meetings
- Availability for interventions and on-call outside of normal service hours
- Ability to manage tasks in Preventive Operation, Management of incidents of this level, Request and change management.
- To attend customer calls as required to support live incidents and provide support during the incidents

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Knowledge in Cisco Technologies
- Knowledge in Data protocols (Switching&Routing)
- Experience in handling faults in networks services
- Management of ticketing tools Service Now Opening and Management of changes

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**:

- English on a fluent level
- Spanish on a fluent level
