**Supply Performance Manager Mission**:
Preply is looking for a Supply Performance Manager to join the Tutor Operations department. This position is a cross between data analysis and project management, where you will play a critical role in the further enhancement of our learner experience by empowering, coaching and up-skilling our tutors. You will be directly impacting our promise to provide the best online learning experience through our tutors and product.

The two main components for this position:

- Data Analysis: Analysis of tutor performance through specific KPIs, tutor segmentation and other ad-hoc analysis
- Project Management: Identify, strategize and implement initiatives to improve tutors performance by collaborating with multiple stakeholders (product, CRM, training, and other teams)

**As Supply Performance Manager you will**:

- Create and review tutor performance reports and identify tailored training and recommendations to improve tutors' performance based on their student's experience and behaviors on the platform
- Drive various projects on improving the tutors performance by working with the Product, Data, Tutor Training, CRM and many more teams
- Develop analytical frameworks and models for improving tutor quality
- Bring innovative, data backed ideas of process improvements that will have a positive impact on the overall tutor quality

**What we are looking for**:

- At least 1 year of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Project Management;
- Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce or consultancy;
- Experience using SQL;
- Project and stakeholder management skills;
- Results oriented, analytical mindset to re-think our processes;
- Analytical skills, ability to understand & synthesize data;
- Outstanding written and verbal skills in English
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
