**Do you want to work in a multi national company in Fuengirola? We are searching for a person to help our skilled service workers in the Norwegian marked.**
**Your role in the company**
As a Customer & Worker Care Coordinator in Freska you will be responsible for helping our service workers perform their every day tasks. This includes answering their questions, communicating with the customers if a problem happens. You will also work closely with our Operations department, and your colleagues in the Customer & Worker Care team. Your work tools will mainly be computer and phone.

- Work hours will mostly be 7-15 Monday to Friday

Some work on Saturdays. The team rotates on working Saturdays. If you work a saturday you will get a day off in the following week.
- Location of the work is always to be considered Freskas office in Costa del Sol. Currently located in Los Boliches, Fuengirola

**What type of people are we looking for. **To qualify for the work you have to have the following qualifications**:

- High capacity and work ethics. This position is a position where many things happen at the same time, so you have to be good at multitasking and keeping your head cool
- Attention to detail.
- Great communication skills in English is an absolute must.
- Some knowledge in Norwegian will be greatly appreciated, but not a must.
- Since most of your time will be spent helping out service workers in another country it is important that you are able to handle questions with empathy and patience.
