**Project Manager - Strategic Aerospace Programs**:

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a seasoned **Project Manager** to lead complex, high-impact aerospace projects across Europe. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams and international partners in the delivery of next-gen space hardware and innovation programs—working on flagship initiatives that shape the future of satellite and space infrastructure.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, international team in a hands-on, agile environment where your contribution truly matters.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead the full lifecycle of strategic aerospace programs
- Coordinate international project teams and external stakeholdersN
- Navigate regulatory frameworks and funding mechanisms
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with relevant standards
- Foster strong collaboration across internal engineering, operations, and client teams

**Your Background**:

- 10+ years in aerospace or space-related project management
- Experience managing large EU-funded or international tech projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership
- Knowledge of compliance and export control processes
- Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus
- Bonus: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications
