With an active, get-things-done culture, this is a place where your dynamism and agility will make a difference. **Your mission**: You will be responsible for supporting the Cluster Supply Chain team with general Customer Service Administration, Order Management and order fulfillment and execution support. Key duties include field supply chain communication with different customers and tasks coordination at national and state levels as well as supporting field SC training programs. It will require a collaboration with all departments supporting SC in terms of solving issues and implementing business actions. **_Your day to day with us:_** Order Management & Order Fulfilment: - Perform order check and validation. Handle failed deliveries - Order management: - Capture Order (excl. order validation) - Receive standard order details from sales/customer and capture order in the system - Change Order - Receive order change request from Sales/customers and update the same in the system - Cancel Order - Receive order cancel request and update the same in the system - Close unconfirmed orders - Identify undelivered orders and items; Cancel and close the undelivered orders - Create and maintain logistics code and physical logistics characteristics - Share internal logistics sheet per customer and SKU - Optimize Logistics - Check product availability/out of stock (stock at hand) and confirm order quantity; Align on Logistics characteristics - Create final delivery details and confirm in the system - Optimize and create filler orders - Agreeing with customer if extra order can be created - Handle Block orders: gather information and resolve issue - Manage returns / refusals - Reporting =< Generate/create/send reports Other activities: - Contacting customer to find a solution and adjust communication in line with business content to find most efficient solution for complex requirements - Develop winning relationships with key stakeholders within the Cluster Supply Chain function and DACH BU SC teams, embedding GBS Supply Chain services within the organization - Support the Customer Service Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings **Qualifications/Requirements**:**_ What do you need to succeed?:_** - University degree - Profieciency in Spanish - Proficency in Portuguese is a plus - Min 1 year experience within customer order management role able to demonstrate good stakeholder management and alignment to external customer needs and expectations. - Excellent analytical skills and numerical abilities - Strong Excel & Office package knowledge mandatory - Able to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines - Results oriented **What makes us different?**: - Hybrid working model: combination of remote and collaborative office experience to enable innovation - Flexible work schedule - Variety of benefits to support your physical, emotional and financial wellbeing - Professional growth possibilities & learning opportunities - Volunteering opportunities to help external communities - Space to be you to promote our Diversity & Inclusion strategy **Being you at PepsiCo**: - PepsiCo is an equal opportunity employer, committed to helping people lead healthier lives and supports workforce diversity.
