We are looking for a skilled Security Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and validating user requests and maintaining endpoint and server security across multiple regions. The role involves close interaction with IT services, security tools, and user support. Analyze and validate user requests related to database access, server access, privileged accounts, and specific requests. Review and approve software installation requests. Develop processes to integrate DocuSign for document management in ServiceNow requests. Update antivirus agents on endpoints (Trend Micro Apex One) and servers (Trend Micro Cloud One) across multiple regions. Provide user support for functional incidents related to servers and agents (Cloud One). Assist users with the installation and configuration of new agents (Cloud One). Ensure compliance and perform testing of Symantec Protection Engine (SPE) ICAP. Train analysts on ticket handling and security validation processes. Integrate and audit compliance for Microsoft Defender for Office, Microsoft Cloud App Security, and Microsoft Privileged Identity Management across multiple tenants. ServiceNow Trend Micro Cloud One Microsoft Defender for Office Microsoft Cloud App Security Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in IT security, endpoint protection, and user access management. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
