As the face of our internal IT, you will support our internal and external users as a competent contact person by providing first and second level support.
**What You Will Do**
- functional/technical support for BME Market Data services “BME Co-location”, “BME Proximity”, “BME London Hub”, “BME Regulatory Services” and data distribution systems
- analysing, validating, and documenting requirements to improve BME Market Data services
- coordination activities between different Business Units and Clients of the services managed by BME Market Data
- administration and maintenance of technical specification
- BME Market Data systems administration, being responsible for the maintenance and assignment of client profile for each service
- monitoring service quality and preparation of the needed reports
- issues management and documentation
- systems monitoring and availability verification
**What You Bring**
- IT Technical profile. Experience in systems management and support. Experience in financial sector or financial regulation will be valued
- ability to work in a cross-functional team to achieve common goals. Good organizational skills
- strong customer-focus mentality
- ability to synthesize reports and prepare documents
- Spanish and Fluent English (verbal and written) is required, other languages will be a plus
- flexible working hours. Weekly Rotating shifts (morning - afternoon)
