**Your Role**: as the Regional Market Access Project Manager you will play a key role leading strategic Access projects across regions, executing initiatives that foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders. You will strongly contribute to the Market Access strategy and the KPIs execution.Your responsibilities will include the coordination of local brands ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.You will oversee training requirements for Market Access functions.Your role will also involve updating Regional Market Access Governance.

**Who you are**:

- You have a University Degree in a relevant scientific field or business and preferably and advance degree or business training (MBA preferably)
- You bring similar experience (4-6 years) as Project Manager along with budgeting and funding expertise.
- You possess a strategic mindset allowing to influence and drive Regional Market Access strategy.
- You possess leadership, organizational and communication skills. You are used to navigate in a changing environment.
- You are proficient in English.
