BU4 Electronics & Mechatronics**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- Supplier registration in the ERP system
- Prices registration in the ERP system for series and prototypes parts
- Supplier references registration in the ERP system
- Invoice check according prices from the system
- Direct interface to logistics for invoice check
- Invoices issues escalation to Project Buyer for prototype parts
- Invoices issues escalation to Commodity Buyer for series parts
- Prices increases escalation to Commodity Buyerfor series parts
- Support in invoicing for freight costs and import goods process to logistics

**Your Skills & Strengths**:

- Junior graduate in Business or Engineering
- English language fluently
- Strong logistic background in automotive industry desirable
- Result orientation and Proactive mindset
- Team Work
