**What will you do in the project?
Capgemini is looking for a **Cloud Migration Project Coordinator **to join the Cloud Migration Factory in order to scale up the delivery of the migration projects.

The Cloud migration project coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a series of V2V and P2V migrations within an IT transformation project. This role requires a combination of technical skills, project management, and leadership to ensure that migrations are completed within scope, time, and budget, minimizing disruptions, and maintaining data integrity.

The Cloud migration project coordinator will perform a variety of tasks, including:

- Migration Execution: Drive the migration waves in tight collaboration with relevant customer stakeholders from technical and business stakeholders, as well as with Capgemini teams, ensuring achievement of migration milestones.
- Cutover Management: Plan the cutover of the migration waves, ensuring that all prerequisites in place, adequate testing plan is executed, and post-migration activities are successful.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including system engineers, database administrators, and network specialists.
- Change Management: Drive the change associated to the migration wave both on customer and Capgemini, including communication, training, and transition to Operations team.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure that migrations are technically executed as planned, addressing technical issues that may arise with relevant technical experts and escalating as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure data integrity and system performance post-migration. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the migration process and provide regular progress reports.

**To feel comfortable in the position, you need to be able to get along well with:
**Experience:
- 6 or more years’ experience in IT projects delivering in Agile methodology, in roles like Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar.
- Experience in P2V and V2V migrations, preferably based on VMWare and AWS.
- Knowledge of migration tools and methodologies. Managing and driving change associated to technological transformation.

**Required skills:
- Planning complex projects in Agile way, including release planning, product increments, sprints. Tracking progress effectively.
- Strong project management skills, preferably with certifications like SAFe, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PMP or PRINCE2.
- Effective Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT infrastructure, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.), networking, storage. Understanding of AWS public cloud or other hyperscaler.
- Stakeholder management in matrixed organizations.
- Proactivity to improve migration processes providing requirements for industrialization and automation.
- English B2 or equivalent to be able to hold technical and business discussions in English. Spanish nationality and residence are required.

- Project management tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project.
- Documentation and collaboration tools like Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Slack or similar.
- Lean Six Sigma experience or certification.
- French B2 or equivalent to be able to hold technical and business discussions.
