Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (UK/Poland/Germany/Europe) Join Us as an AWS Cloud Engineer About the Role: We are seeking certified AWS cloud engineers with proven experience in migrating applications and databases from on‑premise to the AWS cloud. Candidates will be key team members enabling, supporting, and guiding the existing team through the planning, execution, and post‑migration phases of a set of applications and databases from the on‑premise data center to AWS. This role will eventually transition into a product team, collaborating across domains. Your Impactful Contributions: Deep knowledge of AWS public and hybrid cloud architecture. Experience handling phased migrations including discovery, assessment, migration, warranty, and operations support. Proficiency in performance and cost optimization of cloud environments. Familiarity with database migration tools for SQL, Oracle, and other databases. Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud offerings. Working knowledge of AWS DevOps and core services such as EC2, IAM, RDS, S3, VPC, monitoring, and backup design. Designing cost‑effective compute, storage, and network solutions in AWS. Implementation of disaster‑recovery solutions in cloud environments. Managing compliance factors – tagging, configuration standards, vulnerability remediation, hardening, AMI creation, and patching. Defining VPCs for enterprises with Direct Connect and VPN. Acting as a cloud advisor from Coforge to clients. Qualifications: 2–4 years of IT infrastructure experience covering all AWS migration components in a typical organization. AWS Solution Architect Professional certification. Proven track record of on‑premise to AWS cloud migration projects. Hands‑on experience as a subject‑matter expert in migration.
