**Your role and work environment**:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic **HR Data Analyst & Benefits Expert** to join our **People Services Team** of People Team, owning a **degree in Data Science / Data Analysis / Statistics or equivalent**

The responsibility of this team is to challenge and take care of HR metrics, reporting and benefits administration and our way of working is flexible 100%.

**Your key responsibilities**:
As a HR Metrics & Benefits Expert you will:

- Positively contribute to a correct use of company benefits.
- Ensure local and global Company Standards and Benefits legislation in force are met and be able to communicate benefits information to different levels of ING Spain Team.
- Experience in working with brokers and international HR Teams on benefits administration.
- Co-create company decision tool through HR Metrics, challenging actual systems and reporting.
- Knowledge about Workday dashboards and reports to analyze and provide insights from that analysis.
- Proactively gather data management and contrast with internal and external benchmarks and studies.

- Professional with both Analytical and synthesis skills, able to provide data analysis tools and metrics partnering with People Team, ING Management Team and Finance Team.
- Advance statistic skills and tools knowledge (R, Python, etc.), to provide actionable insights obtained from data analysis.
- Will to learn and challenge actual processes & tools.
- Microsoft Professional skills.
- Knowledge of sensitive data management Spanish Legislation in force.
