Desde Magic World buscamos incorporar a su Equipo de Dirección personas con predisposición a desarrollar un plan de carrera a largo plazo en un momento de plena expansión y renovación de nuestros establecimientos hoteleros en Oropesa.

Reportando directamente a la Dirección Principal del establecimiento, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

- Organizar, coordinar y controlar el día a día de los departamentos del establecimiento
hotelero.
- Asegurarse del cumplimiento de los estándares de procedimiento y operativa habitual de la
cadena de forma eficiente y eficaz por parte de los jefes de departamento del hotel.
- Supervisión y detección de las posibles áreas de mejora (asegurar el correcto
funcionamiento interno) de todos los departamentos y plantilla del hotel.
- Controlar el correcto cumplimiento de toda la normativa en materia de APPCC e Higiene
Hídrica.
- Realizar seguimiento en área económica familiarizándose con los procedimientos de la
compañía.
- Cubrir la ausencia de la Dirección Principal del Hotel.
- Atención al cliente.
- Gestión de quejas y reclamaciones.

Contrato: Fijo Discontinuo.

Jornada: Tiempo completo.

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa

Sueldo: 24.000,00€-30.000,00€ al año
