At Grifols SA, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager, reporting directly to the company's Director of Real Estate, responsible for managing all properties at both the national and international levels.
**What your responsibilities will be**
- You will manage and oversee the real estate property portfolio, including cost negotiations, contract monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date information in the database.
- You will negotiate lease contracts and renegotiations.
- You will identify real estate opportunities.
- You will foster strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and suppliers.
- You will oversee the administration and management of real estate assets.
- You will be responsible for the strategic planning of the property portfolio to ensure company objectives are met.
- You will optimize space utilization.
- You will monitor properties across international subsidiaries.
**Who you are**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required. - You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture or similar. Specialization or Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management will be valued.
- You have 5-10 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in Corporate Real Estate or Real Estate Consulting is a plus.
- You have an advanced English level (C1.1. or more).
- Advanced German will be highly valued.
- You are a proactive and goal-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset.
- You are highly organized, capable of multitasking, and provide effective follow-up.
- You have availability to travel internationally.
