Welcome to the **AWWG International Internship & Graduate Program**: an opportunity to have a full assignment and star building a career through your first working experience.
This is a one year program, with the possibility to join the company after that period and enjoy the complete 3-year development plan.

**Your future position**:
Supporting the Customer Service team in ensuring the highest quality standard for our customers in Spain and Portugal, supporting their wholesale business through effective and efficient processes and helping them to achieve their sales goals and objectives.

**Tasks**:

- Customer Master Data: Helping with initiating and monitoring new customer creations/amendments according to Sales instructions
- Order Management: Helping with raising Sales Orders as well as ensuring and monitoring that orders are dispached and received correctly and integrated in SAP
- Returns Management: Assisting when making sure that return orders for faulty or commercial reason are raised according to agreed conditions
- Reporting: Supporting with the creation of weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports to monitor performance in order to identify trends and deviations
- Claims management: Helping with collecting, investigating and resolving incidences, as the main contact for wholesale customers

**Who you are**:

- This program is for you if you are studying Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a similar degree
- Advanced proficiency in English is required; any other languages are a big plus
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Good use of other MS Office tools such as Power Point and Word
- Passion for the world of retail and fashion
- Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must

- ** Internship program**: It´s mandatory that you can sign an internship agreement with your university. Get your first professional experience
- **Graduate program**: For graduates from official bachelor or master studies within the last three years. Keep growing as a professional
