The Proposal Manager Senior Associate will provide _Integrated, Coordinated and Consistent Leadership _on every pursuit:

- Proposal Manager will lead the RFP process through to close
- Support Senior Pm’s on strategic and key sales opportunities
- Lead project management across assigned opportunities
- Maintain best practices
- Share knowledge and train colleagues to support opportunities through the sales lifecycle

**Key Responsibilities**

**_ Project Management_**
- Take end-to-end ownership and command of the proposal process, including implementation strategies and best practices
- Manage the full life cycle of the proposal response process from analysis of RFPs to final production and submission of proposals.
- Develop creative writing and storytelling skills
- Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering writing, review, and approval
- Manage multiple proposal tasks with sometimes rapid turnaround deadlines
- Format documents throughout the sales process and suggest any non-standard questions/requirements

**_ Proposal Development_**
- Review proposal team member submittals for content and accuracy to ensure compliance to RFP requirements and will work with team members as necessary.
- Provide oversight and final approval of our proposal response providing feedback for continuous improvement
- Direct the proposal process by outlining/structuring proposal strategy and direction from proposal receipt to submission
- Ensure quality proposal response delivery (accurate, complete, compliant, on-time, fully meeting customer and proposal requirements)
- Ensure timely submission of new or refreshed content into RFP Database, Loopio

**Knowledge, Education, Certification, Skills & Technical Proficiencies**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong technical competency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- A team player
- Capable of mastering and reacting to the pace of the business, quick thinker and implementer with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects to on-time delivery; ability to manage and coordinate inputs from multiple sources
- Ability to speak and translate content into another language other than English ( Spanish, Italian, German, French or Dutch)
- Supporting Quality Reviews of Documents to include:_
- Formatting
- Proofread
- Ensure Alight Branding is compliant

**Work Experience**
- Two + Years’ experience in working within Sales Operations, Enablement or Business Development
- Strong knowledge of Sales or Proposal Management routines.
