We are looking for a dedicated _**Chef de Partie**_ to join our team for this renewed restaurant concept in the centre of Amsterdam. Now is your chance to become a big part of Head Chef Jeroen Bruinsma’s team and bring the Dutch heritage & craftsmanship back to the table.
Carstens brings to life a lively modern brasserie in the heart of Amsterdam. An experience built around circular cooking & sustainability, we pride ourselves on seasonality, championing products from Netherlands’ very own soil, meadows and waters, or those with interesting connections to Holland whilst working with some truly innovative local suppliers.
