**# About the gig**

We are currently looking for dynamic, talented and experienced Digital Product
Management Teacher Assistants to run bootcamps for one of our customers. We are
looking for people who are passionate about the Product world and sharing their
expertise with aspiring product managers.

The Teacher Assistant will be responsible for:

- Helping the students of the course achieve their goals
- Oversee and mentor their work on a daily basis
- Help Lead Teacher with materials and exercises that have been planned
- Brief and pass knowledge every week from teacher to teacher
- Overseeing the whole academic experience of an Ironhack Bootcamp
- Providing feedback of the course weekly to the team

- To create a sense of community / Participate in the student experience
- Facilitate a supportive and energetic community that lasts well beyond the

course

**# Requirements**
- +2 years of experience in Product Management with good knowledge of:

- Product lifecycle,
- UX/UI Design principles, Design Thinking,
- Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, PowerBI )
- Data literacy: analyze product metrics and create actionable

dashboards
- Leadership and soft skills: adaptability, stakeholder management, and

team motivation.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- You are passionate about Product Management
- You like sharing knowledge
- You consider yourself a learner
- You want to make an impact on people
- You have a great amount of empathy, compassion, and patience
- Experience managing and keeping a team motivate
- A can-do attitude and a good sense of humor
- Great communication skills and an ability to capture people's attention :)
- You are organized, reliable, communicative, open to feedback
- You enjoy teaching/mentoring others and that are involved in the Tech

community

**# About the position**:

- Bootcamp dates: 29 September - 21 October 2025
- Format: Part-time teaching BootCamp (Remote)
- Monday to Thursday, in the afternoons (3 to 7 pm)
- Position: Teacher Assistant
- Teaching in Spanish & English - fluencies required (The course will be conducted in English; however, proficiency in Spanish is also required.)
