**Huspy is a proptech startup solving two of the biggest challenges in the home buying journey: home financing and home search. **As we shape the future of home buying, we are helping customers secure mortgages and find the home they want quicker, at a more affordable rate, and on a single platform.
We are currently operational in Dubai and Madrid, and we believe the ecosystem we are creating raises the bar for the whole industry and fuels our mission of creating a category-defining experience.

- .**About the Team**
The Real Estate Business Unit in Madrid aims to help customers find the best home available in the market for them. We aim to simplify the home-buying journey through best-in-class technology, while also integrating it into the home financing journey in a one-stop-shop approach.
**About you**
We're looking for a Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales who will be responsible for the full-cycle sales process (B2B): Identify, pitch and close B2B partnerships in your area to improve supply quality and quantity.
**This is what you will do**:
- You will drive the sales strategy and execution for your area, along with your City Manager.
- You are the hunter. You will work on market research, prospecting and finding the right person to talk to when needed.
- You will build and manage partnerships with local real estate agencies.
- You will understand our partner's needs and reach collaboration agreements.
**You will need**:
- Experience in sales roles (Business/Sales Development). Experience in B2B sales is a plus
- A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them.
- Curiosity or interest in the Real Estate Industry.
- Interest in working in a high-growth, start-up environment.
- Fluency in English.
