**MISSION**: Disrupter le marché du Lead Gen B2C dans les 5 prochaines années avec ton équipe et fournir des leads hyper-qualifiés pour des centaines de clients en Espagne, en France, et bientôt aux Etats-Unis.

**RÉSULTATS attendus**:
Leader ton équipe et les campagnes digitales pour atteindre les objectifs de tes clients dans les délais - Toujours avec des leads de qualité et avec le soucis permanent d'optimisation des coûts.
Etablir des stratégies afin d'optimiser le ROI des campagnes et les implémenter avec ton équipe.
Faire évoluer les outils internes en collaboration avec les équipes produits et techniques.
Aider tes clients à augmenter leurs taux de conversion.

**PROFIL RECHERCHE **:
Tu es un.e expert.e en acquisition. Tu es polyvalent.e et tu as un esprit analytique. Tu sais convaincre grâce à des chiffres. Tu as une excellente vision stratégique et tu fais preuve d'une parfaite maitrise technique. Google Ads n'a plus de secret pour toi. Tu as déjà bossé en agence et/ou en startup. Tu te sens capable de prendre les rênes du département Acquisition et de leader une équipe de 5 personnes (bientôt 6) pour tout exploser. Tu es prêt.e à bosser en étroite collaboration avec les Sales, le Customer Success, la tech et le marketing. Ton N+1 ? Bah le boss directement.
