**Position**:

Within the Architecture & VM department, the Architecture Project Manager should be capable of taking one project from its concept to its delivery to VM.

**Your role will be**:

- Responsible of store design, proposing layouts and elevations that meet the specific requirements according to the image of LOEWE.
- Develop a creative and unique brand image concept.
- Manage the entire process from solving the design, execution, economic control of the works and deadlines.
- Establish a calendar with the development of the project and ensure compliance with opening dates.
- Manage external consultants such as architects, engineers, General Contractors, and suppliers to guarantee that the project is completed within the allotted time and budget.
- Supervise construction, conduct weekly meetings, and keep records of all activities.
- Travel as required to conduct site visits during the project's lifecycle to conduct site evaluations and punch lists.
- Manage and report on change orders and budget management for the entire project.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Construction, Finance, Operations, Facilities, and Procurement to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Profile**:
**What is important for the role**:

- +5 years of experience taking care of Architecture projects from its concept to its delivery.
- Ability to interact with co-workers, work as a team and flexible in daily work processes.
- Creative and innovative mind.
- Technical requirements: Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Indesign.
- Advanced level of English is mandatory and Spanish will be a plus.
