We are seeking a **Project Manager Senior** to join our Operations team. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure the success of our architectural projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead, plan, and oversee the development of architectural projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with Directors, Principals, consultants, and administrative areas to ensure project success.
- Supervise and guide architects within assigned teams.
- Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in architecture, design, or construction.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Spanish Citizenship or have lived in Spain for at least +15 years
- Knowledge of the country's regulations is a must
- Knowledge in architectural softwares
