**About the opportunity**

We are currently looking for a **Legal Counsel - Spain **to join our **Legal Team.** **This role will be based in **_Madrid, Spain_** and will report to the **Head of Legal - Italy & Spain.**

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of legal experience from a law firm and/or as in-house counsel ideally from a start-up environment;
- Qualified in Spanish law;
- Experience in providing advice regarding Spanish employment laws; e-commerce; consumer protection; data protection and privacy; general contract law;
- Strong organizational skills to manage several projects smoothly and simultaneously;
- Work efficiency in a highly dynamic environment;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent English and Spanish skills; further language skills are a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in building and scaling the expansion; structure and coordinate legal processes within the local entity;
- A wide scope of work, including commercial, employment, IP, data protection, corporate and regulatory
- Support the team with any ad hoc legal matters that arise.
