**Your mission**
- Direct interaction with the different assigned clients (whatever their sector and size)
- Preparation, analysis, and review of the clients’ general accounting (suppliers, clients, accounting entries, provisions, prepayments, banks, fixed assets)
- Preparation of reporting, analytical accounting, treasury forecasts, as well as any additional information requested by the client
- Preparation of the necessary documentation and information to compile and present the recurrent obligations of the clients
- Support the preparation of annual accounts and official books
- Support the automation, standardization, and improvement of internal accounting processes
- Support in any of the functional areas defined in the department, depending on their skills
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior accountants and accounting assistants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Assist in the training and development of team members, ensuring their continuous professional growth.
**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) would be valued.
- +5 years of working experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with IFRS and/or GAAP will be valued
- Good oral and written communication in English (B2 or higher)
- Interest to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize workload and ability to work with strict reporting deadlines
- Experience in team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
