**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**:
- You will be part of a very knowledgeable and experience team, being a key engine to connect Dental Solutions products to the team, the market and the customers. You will have a key role in generating demand and visibility of the products, ensuring the correct product position as well as collecting feedback from sales teams, customers and channel partners to enable continuous growth and sustained competitive advantage._
As an Iberian Country Marketer (M/F/*), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ Leading different projects related to new or already stablished products._
- _ Implementing the local strategy to ensure sales targets_
- _ Determining the different activities that need to take place to reach goals_
- _ Supporting the rest of marketing, channel partner and sales team, both local and EMEA_
**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- _ Bachelor’s Degree in (or similar to) Business Administration and Economics Degree + Business Analysis and Management_
- _ Previous experience in Dental Solutions or other healthcare business _
- _Spanish and English high fluency both in writing and speaking._
- _ Dental and Orthodontic business knowledge, having had relevant direct contact with dentists and orthodontist._
- _ Marketing Plan development and execution experience_
- _ New Product Introduction experience_
- _ Trade Show organization experience_
- _ New marketing assets development experience_
- _ Price & promotion adaptation and impact analysis_
- _ Budget management experience_
- _ Perfect usage of excel, power BI, promo tracker tool and CP KPI tracker tool will be a must _
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- _ Master degree from an accredited institution with focus on Marketing or Healthcare sector (ideally both)._
- _ Skills needed: open minded, proactive, very organized and effective with time, sales capabilities to keep in touch with sales team and ensure correct team and customer understanding, communication skills (both spoken and written)._
