DESCRIPCIÓN PUESTO + RESPONSABILIDADES
Queremos incorporar a una persona en el Área de Grandes Superficies de la compañía, dando apoyo directo al responsable de este Departamento.
Buscamos un/a profesional con 3 a 5 años de experiência en el sector de gran distribución, preferentemente en centros de bricolaje o materiales de construcción, desempeñando funciones de gestión operativa y coordinación de equipos de trabajo. Acostumbrado/a a entornos dinámicos y orientados a resultados, con capacidad para tomar decisiones y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
Con clara orientación al cliente, asegurando un trato profesional y cercano, así como un firme compromiso con la satisfacción y fidelización de los usuarios. Con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto con clientes como con equipos internos, facilitando el flujo de información y fomentando un clima laboral colaborativo.
