As an Operations Coordinator, you'll dive into a diverse range of operational tasks, both internal and external, acting as the linchpin for our logístical setup and orchestrating seamless deliveries to our external partners. A standout feature of this role is mastering the intricacies of our ERP system, an essential component as our operational landscape evolves to meet the demands of our flourishing business.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate operational processes and ensure smooth internal and external execution.
- Oversee product deliveries to external partners.
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, and logistics information across teams and stakeholders.
- Act as daily contact for external logistics and wholesale partners.
- Handle regulatory tasks, including product complaints.
- Serve as the team’s ERP “super user” and optimize system use.
- Drive improvements in operational setups to support business growth.
- Support administrative tasks and operational projects.
- Optimize internal processes and resolve operational issues.
- Assist with product orders and sales documentation.

We are seeking a self-driven professional who thrives in the complexities of our industry. Your keen eye for detail and willingness to take ownership of diverse assignments make you a perfect fit. Effective communication in English coupled with an outgoing and customer-oriented approach, is essential in this role.
In addition, we imagine that you:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar supply chain, logistics, or operational support role.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Skilled in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy and quality.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with a structured, improvement-focused approach.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management, International Business, or equivalent experience.
