In qualità di Senior Project Manager nel reparto Automation di un cliente farmaceutico, sarai responsabile:

- della definizione, progettazione e organizzazione dei requisiti business, tecnici e funzionali nell’ambito di progetti innovativi (Analytics, Robotics)
- dell’introduzione di nuovi sistemi di produzione
- della gestione delle priorità e del monitoraggio del progetto

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Assistere nella definizione del business case.
- Comprendere e documentare chiaramente le esigenze del cliente e i processi aziendali associati.
- Definire e documentare i requisiti utente.
- Lavorare con il team di progetto affinché le attività eseguite siano conformi alle normative di settore.
- Intercettare e gestire tempestivamente le criticità di progetto (capacità di previsione e mitigazione dei rischi).

**Requisiti (soft skill)**:

- Capacità di leadership al fine di facilitare le sessioni di raccolta dei requisiti.
- Rapidità di apprendimento di nuovi sistemi, applicazioni e tecnologie.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo proattivo con i diversi stakeholder di progetto.
- Capacità di pensiero analitico e di risoluzione delle criticità.
- Ottime abilità comunicative.

**Requisiti (hard skills)**:

- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nell’implementazione di progetti di sistemi di produzione di media complessità.
- Ottima comunicazione scritta e verbale inglese, compresa la scrittura in linguaggio tecnico.
- Conoscenza delle metodologie del Project Management per la pianificazione ed il monitoraggio del progetto (Scrum, Prince2, Six Sigma).
- Conoscenza generale del ciclo di vita per lo sviluppo di sistemi (SDLC).
- Conoscenza di base del linguaggio SQL.
- Conoscenze sistemistiche di base su sistemi Operativi Windows e Linux.

**Requisiti preferenziali**
- Disponibilità a viaggiare (15%).
- Pregressa esperienza in ambito farmaceutico.
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di validazione/certificazione in ambito farmaceutico.
- Smart Working parziale (30%).
