**Tareas a realizar**:
We are looking for a RESERVATION OPERATOR for our hotels. This position requires native Scandinavian language skills (SWEDISH, DANISH, NORWEGIAN), as well as a good command of English.

**Your main duties will be**:

- Customer service by telephone
- Reservations
- Customer enquiries
- Administrative tasks

**Perfil**:

- Native Scandinavian language skills
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent customer focus.
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and self-control.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.

- 6-month temporary contract, subsequently converting to a permanent contract
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
