At Iberostar we are looking for a Agent B2B Quality Center (Spanish, German & English speaker) to join our Distribution EMEA team in Palma de Mallorca, but before knowing more about the position, we think it's important that you learn a little about us:

As an Agent B2B Quality Center, your main mission will be the care and assistance to B2B customers of Iberostar's loyalty program.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Reservation management support: modifications, cancellations, payments; product information; booking redemptions; processing of end customer requests / desires; AAVV changes, assistance in registration; Claims of points.
- Incident management, complaints and claims.
- Intranet back office management
- Overflow of PRO agent support tasks.

**Requisitos**

To be successful in this role we are looking for a person with a proactive and positive attitude, willing to learn and motivated to work. Excellent communicational skills and customer oriented, problem solver and capacity to work autonomously.

You also will need:

- High level in ENGLISH, SPANISH and GERMAN (oral and written).
French desirable.
- Ideally Experience in customer service and/or reservation management.
Previous experience in call center or agencies recommended.
- Mastery of office tools: google suits or office package.
- Availability for immediate incorporation.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
