The role:
Maternity cover - 5 months ´fixed term contract starting mid-March. The position is available is either La Ciotat (France) or Madrid (Spain).
The Contracts & Claims Manager provides a supporting role in the operational delivery and monitoring of contracts and supplier performance, including managing performance to SLAs and against KPIs; ensuring all other contractual obligations are fulfilled, supporting negotiations of commercial settlements and claims with contractors and maintaining contact with the market place to be aware of the latest trends and sector initiatives.

The Contracts & Claims Manager drives the process and contract efficiencies for the allocated portfolio of contracts and provides support and advice to the Engineering & Construction and Asset Management teams. Reporting to the VP Contracts & Claims Management, the Contracts & Claims Manager supports the commercial management of all supply chain and supplier performance activity within the contract portfolio and implement sustainable solutions to generate cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Desired skills:
Proven experience in EPC and O&M Contracts Management, preferably in Solar PC and EPC
Good personal organizational & management skills
Ability to act on their own initiative after receiving appropriate direction
Excellent communication, in English and French, both written and verbal
Microsoft office

**Salary**: 2,522.00€ - 4,563.00€ per month
