We are currently in the midst of an exciting rebranding process and are looking for a passionate and creative mind to join our team as a Freelance Social Media Content Creator, with the potential for transitioning into a permanent role within our organization in the future. We are seeking someone with a profound passion for the fashion industry, particularly for the luxury fashion sector. Your primary responsibility will involve crafting engaging content to amplify our brand story across social media. This role will require close collaboration with the marketing team to develop compelling narratives and visual content. Additionally, while not mandatory, the opportunity for on-camera appearances to discuss fashion topics would be welcomed as a plus.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Create and develop original and visually appealing content ideas for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), such as videos, tutorials, reels, stories, graphics, gifs, and photos.
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form audiovisual content, focusing on lighting, composition, and audio quality. Integrate creativity through graphics, and text overlays to enhance visual appeal. Seamlessly employ transitions, effects, and sound elements to captivate and engage the audience.
- Tell the unique narratives behind our luxury products, highlighting their value and allure.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and voice across all platforms. You will receive guidance from our creative team to ensure that the content aligns with the brand’s vision.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and understanding our target needs and preferences to adapt content accordingly.
- Participate in and contribute to brainstorms and work sessions and present ideas that push boundaries; discuss with the team, adapting when necessary to move the idea to the next level.
- Collaborate through Asana to receive assignments, get work approval, and submit final drafts for scheduling.
- Manage and organize the content archive, ensuring it's well-organized and easily accessible to team members.
- Be familiar with the laws and regulations governing the use of content, especially when it comes to copyright and trademark infringement.

What are we looking for in you?
- Able to work in downtown BARCELONA, with the requirement to visit our office at least once a week for video recording sessions.
- Have your own audiovisual equipment.
- Thorough knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and user behaviour (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook).
- Proven experience in content creation for social media, with a strong sense of fashion/luxury aesthetic considered a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to convey messages or emotions through imagery.
- Strong understanding of visual communication and a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Expertise in fundamental concepts of photography, composition, lighting, design, and excellent audiovisual skills.
- Passion for the luxury fashion industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, organized, and extremely detail-focused.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team or independently.
- Enthusiastic, committed, and eager to contribute to our brand's success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages:
It would be a plus, but not mandatory, if:

- You feel comfortable in front of cameras. The opportunity for on-camera appearances to discuss fashion topics would be welcomed.
- You have a creative and engaging writing style
- You demonstrate mastery in the field of photography, showcasing extensive expertise in capturing images with creativity and precision.
