As Social Media Content Creator, you'll bring that story to life, capturing authentic, real moments and producing scroll-stopping content that moves people and grows a community that believes there's a better way to learn. Get a glimpse here. You'll create outstanding organic social content (especially video), guided by our Content Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities Develop and deliver social media plans and campaigns in collaboration with our Content Marketing Specialist that build awareness and engagement, and support lead generation and nurturing across all stages of the funnel. Create social media content, especially short-form video, that brings Learnlife's story to life. Produce and manage the social media content calendar to generate a consistent flow of high-quality content. Build strong relationships with our learners, guides, families and team to find great stories worth sharing. Use storytelling to create compelling content that aligns with our brand and audiences and encourages action, with a primary focus on video. Plan, capture and edit social media content at our Hubs, events and learning experiences. Manage our community by responding to comments and messages in line with our tone of voice and proactively engaging in conversations. Use dashboards and analytics to understand what's working, test and learn what to do next. Work closely with the Content Marketing Specialist to ensure alignment with the content strategy and to repurpose other content for social media. Collaborate with content marketing interns who support the team. Optimise content for each channel to increase visibility, improve search appearance and drive website traffic. Monitor and analyse KPIs using dashboards to measure impact, inform strategy and improve social media performance. Use tools like Canva, Adobe and Descript to create awesome visual content. Who you are You love social media, and not just because you know how to use it. It's because you're obsessed with understanding what content works. You build connections and enjoy being around people. You create content that's real, human and worth sharing or saving. Ideally, you've got 1+ years' experience in a social media marketing role, but more importantly, you know how to make an impact and achieve great results. You're a storyteller and brilliant copywriter, creating clear, authentic content and captions that stand out and move people to take action. You're confident in shooting and editing video. You know the latest social media and content trends and are curious, always wanting to learn more and test new things. You produce great video content and are just as comfortable capturing photos and creating graphics. You've got experience using tools like Canva and Adobe to create and edit content. This role focuses on organic social media, but if you've run paid social media campaigns, that's a plus. You're fluent in English.
